Blair, May 15: Nearly 13,500 Examinees will be appearing for the Term-End-Exam
of Indira Gandhi national Open University (IGNOU) in the month of June-2019 at
Seven Exam Centres across the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. As compared to
June last year, 9% increase is noticed in June-2019 exams. This is due to
increase in fresh admission in July-2018 session. Especially the Exam Centre
Kamorta has registered more than double quantum of examinees (as compared to
last year) for this June-2019 exam. Among the 13,500 examinees, nearly 2000
examinees appear at Inter- Islands Exam Centres. Examinees are advised to
collect previous exam Question Papers from any Exam Centre of IGNOU during its
working hours. The Regional Centre is appointing exam Observers at all Exam
Centres: 0203 (Hut Bay), 0204 (Car Nicobar), 0205 (Kamorta), 0206 (Campbell
Bay) & 0208 (Mayabunder) to ensure smooth and fair conduct of exams in the
region. The exam Hall Ticket will be available 21st May onwards. The exam time
table is already available at IGNOU website: www.ignou.ac.in.Examinees will be
permitted inside the exam hall only on production of original IGNOU Student
Identity-Card and downloaded Hall Ticket, a communication from Regional
Director, IGNOU, Regional Centre, Port Blair said.
