Two students drowned into Marina Park's sea water; Pondicherry University expresses gratitude to search operation forces

Reddy Search Operation TMI Correspondent Port Blair, Oct 02: Two students of Pondicherry University Brookshabad unfortunately drowned into sea during their study based snorkeling at Marina Park's water on Sept 28, 2019. As per reliable sources, a group of ten students of Marine Biology from Pondicherry University, Brookshabad have gone for study based snorkeling at Marina Pank for research on the subject they are studying. It was not the first time, but they used to go on a marine study few times ago at different locations in South Andaman. But, unfortunately on Sept. 28, 2019 about 3.30 pm, among the ten students, Mr. Yagya Jyoti Jena (25 yrs), S/o G.C. Jena hailed from Manoharpur, Bhadrak (Dist.) Orissa (pursuing Ph.D. Marine Biology in Pondicherry University) and Mr. R. Dheeraj Kr. Reddy (22 yrs), S/o R. Sridhar Reddy of Chinna Chowk, Kadapa (Dist.), Andhra Pradesh (1st year student M.Sc. Marine Biolog
